Armed Forces Chaplaincy Center Dedication

Posted by: Gary | Comments (0)

Two years from the groundbreaking in 2008, the Armed Forces Chaplaincy Center was officially opened on 6 May 2010 at Fort Jackson, SC.   From left to right are Navy, Air Force, and Army chaplaincy leaders cutting the ribbon.   The ceremony  included separate ribbon-cuttings for the Air Force Chaplain Corps College and the Naval Chaplain School and Center.   Three school staffs and current students conducted a superb ceremony.  The Military Chaplains Association was well represented with nearly 100 members and spouses who also came to Columbia, SC for the 85th Annual Meeting and National Institute.
