The 2018 National Institute/Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel, starting at 18:30 pm, Monday, 5 November with an informal reception and welcome (the National Executive Committee meeting will begin earlier), continuing through the Annual Banquet and Awards Dinner on Tuesday evening, 6 November, and concluding with a memorial service, annual meeting, keynote presentation and Emerson Luncheon on Wednesday, 7 November.
Immediately following our meeting, the United States Army Chaplain Corps Regimental Association commences their meeting at the same hotel in the later afternoon of Wednesday, 7 November.

There are two registrations to choose from — one includes all sessions for members and others ($50.00), the other is for guests and spouses who will not attend the sessions ($20.00). You can register for both major meals for a single, discounted price ($100), or either the Awards Banquet ($65.00) or the Emerson Luncheon ($45.00). If you plan to attend all events, select that option, or you can pick and choose which events you will attend. This will help us with planning the meeting space for each event.
